Job Summary: 1800PR is a purpose-driven media and communication age...ncy is seeking a talented and experienced Office Administration Manager. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding record in organizational and tactical skills. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency. Your duties will include supporting bookkeeping and budgeting procedures, creating and updating databases, records, cross-client and platform project management. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Responsibilities & Duties: Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the companies and client portfolios Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines Excellent communication and leadership skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Location: Hawley, PA Headquarters
