Duties include: Establishing and maintaining a credit limit for commercial customers, monitoring existing customer base and recommending increased/decreased credit limits. Establish credit policies for new customers, create and maintain credit history files; Make collection calls for accounts receivable portfolio; documenting daily collections activity, researching account disputes and billing dis...crepancies, performing account/payment reconciliations, responding to credit inquiries, identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts, identifying bad debt and other duties as assigned. Reed Oil and The 21st Century Energy Group teamed up with the Lawrence County 4H and FFA to host a virtual Dairy Delight Night. This event is typically held during the Annual Lawrence County Fair, but was canceled due to COVID19. Dairy Delight Night, when held during the fair, consists of a calf dress-up competition and cheese auction. Youth from the FFA and 4H used this virtual platform instead to showcase their dairy projects. These 7 individuals created short videos or pr...esentations to share with us as well as their peers. In exchange for their hard work and presentations, Reed Oil and The 21st Century Energy Group awarded each youth member with a donation, as well as a donation to the Lawrence County 4-H Dairy Club. 4H and FFA member have many projects to complete throughout the year, with the ones they showcase at local fairs being the largest. With many local fairs canceled this year due to COVID19, many of the traditional outlets that these members use for their projects were canceled. Being a continuous supporter of 4H and FFA we were excited to work with the Lawrence County 4H and FFA leaders to help put on this virtual event. Thank you to all the members who participated.
