Monday Morning Work Out Tip from Our Trainer Andrew Harris: The benefits of indoor cycling can be most appropriately achieved by staying in the saddle during your ride. Out of the saddle riding may change the muscle activity, but overall physiological response and pedaling technique will be compromised. Out of the saddle riding is for giving your backside a brief reprieve or to commit a sharp acceleration. Standing on an indoor cycle is inefficient, as pedaling technique and outputs will be compromised.
Our Trainer Carole Hebrew says: "Set ambitious weight loss goals." Several studies show that setting more robust weight-loss goals may result in better than expected outcomes.

So, the next time your tempted to seek an unhealthy binge or find yourself wanting to skip the gym for a nap, Ask yourself...How much am I willing to give up what I want most, for what I want at this moment?
