We have just been informed that the manufacturer of the MKI repair panels that we carry has stopped production and retired the tooling. Weather is predicted to get much worse today in central PA, so we're playing it safe and taking a snow day.

We have just become aware that the UK is requiring shippers to collect and remit VAT for all shipments inbound to the country. Until we figure this out, we will not be processing any orders bound for the United Kingdom. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I'm normally a big fan of the post office. In the 20+ years I've been doing this, they've generally been fast, reliable and the number of lost or damaged packages is statistically insignificant. This year...not so much. I understand we've all been hit hard with the pandemic, but I'm getting overwhelmed with customer inquiries about package status. If you got a tracking number, it shipped. Sadly, my local USPS has not been doing acceptance scans - so your tracking may only... say 'label created' even through they've had it for 2 weeks. Additionally, their current routing makes no sense at all...I understand delays, but a package to a customer 20 miles away went via Kansas City and took 2 weeks. I get that it's frustrating. It's equally as frustrating for us. If you are on a schedule, I highly recommend using UPS as your shipping method.

We're currently a little backed up on orders - family came in for the holidays and brought COVID with them. Between recovering and mandated isolating, we're falling behind. I'm back in the shop, but on a limited basis and it may take a week or two to get things straightened back out and running smoothly again. Sorry for any inconvenience.
