These are the studios that are currently finished in the 47ARTS studio building in Central Germantown, Phila, PA. There is still one space to complete in the lower level and then I move on to renovating the ground floor.

Creating artist spaces is turning out to be a little more challenging than I had planned and finally it is going great! Should have the first six ready for their artists by the end of December.
