First off I would like to thank Zachary Hawkins for driving from Oh. to Pa. with his super nice 1996 Warrior 350 for dyno runs today. It's not easy finding a go...od low hour machine to get a good base line off of for bone stock horse power. It is very important to have a good stock bike to start with in order to have a base line to start the R&D work to , however some times you get one of those super stockers that just runs above what most Warriors run like. Yamaha says 19 is the stock hp and that's about what we got, but the more runs on the dyno the better it got. This bike happen to be owned by Zachary's grand father and only had about 10 hours on it when he got it so his grand father broke it in right and Zachary has been easy on it to. I think he might have freaked out a little as we ran it past 9000 rpm. lol I think it blew out some of the built up carbon at first because after 9 runs it gained about 1 hp once everything was good and warmed up, as it ended up at 20.47. I can't stress enough how important it is to do this before building new high performance engine kits, it might have cost me a couple hundred bucks in getting Zachary over here and the dyno runs but gives me the starting point need to go forwards. Now I will either go buy a Warrior or find someone that wants to lone me their bike to do their motor and work them a good deal. Not the most exciting part of doing R&D but a important start. I have been building Warrior big bore strokers for 33 years but sometime you just need to go back and improve on what you can. See more

So Blessed! Started looking at this years sales year to date and we are up 17% from where we were last year at this time. That's great through all this covid stuff, and considering my health problems and the lack of engine building, plus I haven't answered my phones for 9 months! I don't know if it's because of covid and people staying home and building their engines, or maybe it's from the haters bringing more attention to my company? lol Talking with Maier plastics yesterda...y they said they are up to so it sounds like it's covid and a pretty good Trump economy. While talking to Maier I asked them about why they don't build fenders in all the colors like they did before since that was the cool thing about them, and they said they just can't run the cnc machines on one off stuff and make money! That's kind of where I at now with engine building. I can only work a hour or so a few times a week at best and can't service my customers in a timely fashion plus from what the sales look like I make more money just selling parts, porting heads and doing bore and hone work. I have a lot to think about after the end of the year and hopefully have all the customer motors out of here. This maybe one of the last ones I do for customers. Plus it's time I work on my own projects. All and all God is good all the time. See more

*NEW Product* With all the 300ex head we are doing for our 250x/300ex 390cc kits and the 4 valve heads for the Big Red 250es, sx250 and the TRX 300's along with the full out reverse cams we now have big valves for the stock heads. They don't have to change the valve seats nor the valve guilds like my plus 4mm valves so it's a lot cheaper to do now saving over $500 over the plus 4mm heads. These are 2mm bigger intakes and 2.5mm bigger exhaust at $55 each. That makes for a $700 head vs the $1200 plus 4 head, always work to cut cost for my customers!
