A&L Photography

Decided to get some nature photography in before I end up posting baseball photos. (Ligonier Pirates won the playoffs! They will be playing on Monday at Donaldson A if anyone wants to stop out and cheer them on!) Back to the nature photos! I got some beautiful shots of this weeping willow tree as well as ones of the very friendly butterfly that kept circling me. The humming birds were another story. They startle at any sudden movement and are also very territorial. I had to c...hase them around to get pics of them while avoiding getting dive bombed. But they still made for some beautiful pictures! I also swung by Grove Run Trail while my nephew was at a boy scout meeting and got the rest of my pictures there! Hope you enjoy! Also I know I forgot to watermark as I was in a rush to upload but please do not steal my work

Today is the day! I entered some of my work into the Latrobe Art Show and tonight is opening reception! 2 years ago, I entered a self portrait of me done in all dots (pointillism) and won first place in the junior division! I may not win tonight and even if I don't, it will still be an accomplishment to have my work featured here! Edit: I did not win anything but it was still a fun experience!

A picture can tell a thousand words! Congratulations to Edward and Larissa! When Edward messaged me last week about scheduling an engagement shoot, i was honestly shocked. We planned out all the details including waiting for the lights to turn on so he could pop the question! This was my first ever engagement shoot and I'd say it went as planned! Larissa, sorry to keep this a secret until he asked you to marry him but I think it was better that way! You two make such a cut...e couple! Also, congratulations on your baby boy as well! That pink moon on the 26th was so big and beautiful! I decided to try out my camera on it and oh my god, it did an amazing job! I am in love with how these turned out! I didn't expect such amazing quality but Kodak once again proved me wrong! I hope all of you enjoy these photos as well because I know I did!

Hello all! This goes out to all the spring ball parents on the "pirates team". As some of you know, you already signed a minor release during fall ball. For those who signed a release, you WILL NOT have to sign another one. These releases are good for 1 year. This saves me printer ink (Yay!) And it saves me having to chase you down as well. It also saves you having to remember to get the form signed and back to me. Thank you all for allowing me this opportunity again!! Alisa

Hello all. Alisa here. As some of you may have heard, we got rearended today. The rest of my family is ok. I have a knee injury due to the accident that we have to get checked out. While our car is still driveable, we are going to have to get a rental. This means I may have to hold off on some shoots until we get everything sorted out. Sorry for any inconvenience.... Thank you! The smell of crisp clean air, the sound of the song birds chirping and the feeling of the warm air surrounding you means spring has come! I got out the other day to catch these amazing shots! I love how they turned out! The water shots were kinda hard to get but i managed to get them to turn out! The sunset was just right! Want to know what else spring means? That's right! Baseball Season!!! ... Fallball was such a fun time! Those kids taught me a lot about sports shoots and were super fun to be around. They treated me like one of their teammates and also tired to steal my food and/or paperwork quite a few times. They also got so use to me that they didn't hold back when playing. Without them, I wouldn't be where I am today! I can't wait to see what springball holds! With love, Alisa!

I had the amazing opportunity to take pictures for Jasen Lentz who is running for mayor in Derry, PA! I met Jasen when i started volunteering for Cat's Twilight over 3-4 years ago! He's a wonderful guy and has amazing plans for the rescue as well as Derry. He was such a wonderful model to work with as well. When voting day comes, please go out and vote! Will be posting some new pics within the next few days! I have been given the honor of taking photos for Jasen M. Lentz for Derry Mayor mayoral campaign! He is also the owner of Cat's Twilight, a wonderful cat rescue located in Derry! They will be breaking ground for a building this spring that will allow them to house more cat's and rescue more as well! I volunteer with the said rescue and they take pride in their cats. They have adopted over 100 cat's since opening the cat ...room at Pet Supplies Plus, just off of route 30 in Latrobe. I have helped them as well by working with said cats to help them come out of their shell. Anna and Nagoli were the top 2 I helped. I should shut up before I end up writing a book about the rescue Go out and vote when the time comes and please consider donating to Cat's Twilight. Here are the photos from the 30th annual Icefest! I loved seeing all the beautiful sculptures as well as the horses from Misty Haven Carriage Rides and the old La France firetruck. It was very cold out and my arthritis currently hates me for going out for over 3 hours on the first day but it was totally worth it. I hope you all enjoy the photos! Alisa
