That’s where effective outreach and recruitment strategies come in. Working with state and local service providers, such as vocational rehabilitation agencies, American Job Centers, Centers for Independent Living (CILs) like Abilities in Motion, and other community-based organizations, is key to helping you find qualified candidates with disabilities.
