ACT ONE & Associates has modified its operations in Response to COVID-19 and the order by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf implementing a state-wide shutdown on non-life sustaining businesses in the Commonwealth. Engineering, architectural and construction services are among the many businesses which have been ordered to close their physical locations. AOA’s highest priority has always been the well-being of our employees, our clients, and the communities we serve. We have te...chnology and procedures in place to ensure we continue to serve our clients and move their projects forward to the best of our abilities, and we are still available by phone and email whenever you need to contact us. Many, if not all, state and municipal agencies that we work with from day to day are operating on limited staffing if they are still open. This will cause backlogs on project reviews and processing. We will be reaching out to our clients regularly to keep the lines of communication open and update them on progress as the situation evolves. We wish continued health and safety to all.
