Do you have facial veins or red spots scattered on your face and body? We have a laser that can clear them! Nd:YAG is a laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm. It emits a high energy light that targets the red color seen in superficial red veins (telangectasias) and benign red vascular lesions (hemagiomas). Our next ADA provider intro is for our incredible PA, Nancy! Nancy is a nationally certified physician assistant who has been working at the practice for almost 5 years. She is passionate about treating patients for various medical conditions including acne, psoriasis, eczema, skin cancer, and much more. Nancy believes that focusing on the patient is key to efficacious and compassionate care. In addition to clinical duties, she serves on the board of directions for the P...ennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistant society. She is also an active member of the Society of Dermatology PAs (SDPA) and has received the SDPA diplomate certificate in additional dermatology training. She is a Board Certified Dermatologist originally from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, but has been ping-ponging between New York City and Philadelphia for her college, medical school, residency training, and practice, for the past 12 years.
