It’s hard to believe that 15 years ago today, Affinity Family Chiropractic opened its doors to care for the Mars/Cranberry/Seven Fields area!!! With the CDC’s announcement today that it has lifted the mask mandate in most situations, they are still advising masks continue to be worn in Physician's offices. Our business will be following that advice, as we have a duty to protect all of our patients to the best of our ability regardless of vaccine status, and masks will still be required in our office. Thank you for your continued trust in us throughout the years. We are very grateful for all of our patients!

We are seeing more and more patients with issues related to sitting too long while working from home. Taking the time to do stretches like this one can help to prevent more discomfort. Of course, if the stretches don’t help, Dr. Matt is always here to help further. Enjoy the sunshine today!!
