There was commonality with ideas around attracting/developing/rewarding talent, building/enhancing company culture and their approach to implementation of strategy/vision, as well as some unique thoughts around being a continuous learner, prioritization and how they ...have leveraged technology. Last Thursday, I participated in a conference sponsored by the Institute for Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) & AI and the Outsourcing Institute (#OAISS) in New York City. Great content and excellent speakers covering the state of the Digital & Automation market (by Avasant), roadmap for establishing Digital transformation (by Globe North), an excellent panel discussion on RPA/AI company journeys (by Fannie Mae, Estee Lauder and Sutherland), and a futuristic view of the use of AI for IT Ops (by ChoiceWORX).
