Global Game Jam is back! The Global Game Jam is an annual event that happens around the world where hundreds of sites all participate in a 48-hour game jam together to create working games. Pittsburgh is one of the largest sites in the U.S. and this year Pittsburgh IGDA is planning for a bigger and better jam than ever before. The event is happening at the new Tepper Quad at Carnegie Mellon University. The registration fee is only $40 and for that everyone gets a t-shirt,... food/snacks/drinks over the weekend, and a great time! It's a great opportunity to work alongside professional game developers, build games for your portfolio, and learn about making games in a fun and open environment.
