I just want to thank the Alden Place residence and volunteers who made our Spring Fling a success!!! It was a great day for touring homes an awesome evening with dinner and dancing.... thank you so much!!!

SAVE THIS DATE!!! We are so excited to invite you to this event. Will have 15 or more homes open to tour, at least 10 of the homes will be homes of existing residence. Alden Homes will have 5 model homes open, with several of our models highlighting smart space with a modern college feel.

Harbor elevation B....This home is built in Alden Homes modern cottage community, The Gables at elm tree. All our designs can be built as a villa or a single home. We are focused on smart space designing with that in mind our homes live substantially bigger then there square footage. If the Harbor looks familiar to you it's because it's similar to Alden Place's Gretna model.
