OREO'S TALE: Oreo is a handsome tuxedo cat who is sweeter than the cookie he was named after! A Souderton man was concerned about a group of stray kittens (incl...uding Oreo) who were hanging around outside his home. This good-hearted soul got all of the kitties spayed and neutered, and he found a home for Oreo. Unfortunately, Oreo developed a seizure disorder, and his new owners wanted to have him euthanized. The good samaritan who found him a home originally swooped in and rescued him from that horrible situation, thank goodness, and we at Cat Tales are tremendously grateful that he's been in our care since. Oreo takes a small dose of inexpensive medicine that keeps the seizures under control. Poor Oreo has been through quite an ordeal, so he is a little timid at first. But he relaxes and warms up once he realizes that you just want to be his friend. He loves playing with other cats, too. He is currently in foster care because he's taking medication, so he's not getting seen by potential adopters like the kitties in our adoption center and PetSmart facility. But he would love to find a loving forever owner who understands his special needs. He is such a sweet kitty who is very easy going when it comes to taking his meds. He just wants people to understand that he isn't that much different from other kitties, and just needs two pills a day. He doesn't understand why he's not been able to find a real forever home yet because he's so handsome and so sweet. Oreo is five-years-old, has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Do you think you might be the one to give Oreo the happy ending to his tale? Send it's a message if you want to meet Oreo.

Please share post locally Bucks County! The Hilltown Township Police Department your help to find a driver who struck and killed Sadie a beloved family pet. Someone knows something! Please share to help the officers find this person! Do NOT report here if you have information. Report any information to Officer James T. Browne at [email protected] On Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at about 8PM, a 6-year-old white Sheltie/Collie mix, Sadie slipped out of her collar and... ran towards Hilltown Pike near our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church. Two individuals immediately went out after her and stopped traffic on Hilltown Pike in both directions. As the individuals were about to take custody of Sadie in the middle of the roadway, a vehicle traveling south on Hilltown Pike struck the dog. The operator of the striking vehicle reportedly said something to one of the individuals prior to leaving the scene. The operator is described as a middle-aged male with dark and gray hair. He was operating a black mid-size sedan. Sadie was rushed to the animal hospital but died from internal injuries. See more
