Tanning can cause irreversible damage to your skin cells, as some of us have found out the hard way. The strongest sunlight occurs between 10 am - 4 pm. Be sure to cover your ears and nose thoroughly with sunscreen, two common places for skin cancer cells to form. Heading to the beach this summer?
