Want to get your workout on but don’t want to go indoors? ARC Fitness Labs has you covered! ARC 30 Outdoor Circuit 30 diff stations, 30 fun & challenging exercises. Show up & start whenever you’re ready! Go around as many times as you like. We won’t stop you.. only your endurance will.

Our latest addition to outdoor classes is Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Ashley. Practice will be held in our spacious parking lot (inclement weather practice moved indoors to our 2000 sq ft space).
