Let’s relax and recharge together this weekend! Our TU ASDA Wellness Chairs have organized a virtual yoga session for our members this Sunday, September 13th from 3-4 p.m. Here is a message from our instructor to introduce herself and tell us what to expect from this class: My name is Brooke and yoga has been my full time passion for about three years. I am a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and a Certified Meditation Guide. I b...elieve the pairing of mindful movement with purposeful breathing can change lives by softening tension in the body which in turn softens tension and stress in the mind and spirit. I am passionate about creating classes that are accessible to all bodies and all levels. I tend to start my sequences gentle and slow, with mindful breathing to safely warm the body and joints. Then we add a little challenge and build on top of what we've already learned. Finally, we slow down to soften into Surrender or Savasana, where the most restoration happens for the body and mind. I look forward to practicing with you all very soon!
