Skating update: We aren't open yet. Our skating rink needs a few more days before it's frozen all the way through. If people go it on too soon, the liner will rip (even when people walk on it) so that it's unusable for future years. We love bringing all types of families together! Today at the Park it was so fun to see a reunion of the "Country Crooners" rescue litter...the big guys are only 4 months old and 6 of them came with their owners. #somuchjoy

Only a few years ago, our Park was a private marina, accessible only to the small number of people who paid to dock there. There was no public Riverfront access. Our sled riding hills did not exist. The part of the Park shown here was completely flat; covered with over 100,000 pounds of refuse. Our donors changed that...and make memories like these possible. In this season of gifts, one of the best to happen to our City was the life of Patsy Burke, whose kindness and generosity made so many wonderful projects possible, including our Park.
