The client asked for the slab replacement to look old do to the brick soldier course that was going to remain. Crews completed the demolition and installed intergrated colored concrete with a random swirl. We completed the patina effect chemically and scored into 24 squares.

It was the calm before the storm!!!

Our crews will be making final preparations Monday and Tuesday for the big one.

Today’s storm presented interesting challenges as most sites had spots of safety concerns while others just simply wet. Our crews were out spot treating all our commercial sites - keeping people safe is our business!

During this project we had various obstacles to overcome. Our pre-construction site assessment determined there were grade concerns causing water not to drain properly. We were able to address these problems by routing the downspouts and basement sump pump to a newly constructed drainage swale along with additional site grading. This will help with water sheeting from higher elevations of the property. We removed a tiki bar, paver pool decking and side steps that were imprope...rly graded and failing. We added a channel drain and installed new concrete pool decking creating an enlarged usable space for the kids to enjoy!
