A Taste of Britain

We are thrilled to have brought another $1,000+ donation of wholesome meals to our friends at the @wayneseniorcenter yesterday! Thanks to you, our generous customers, our staff was able to prepare SEVENTY large beef cottage pies, and we delivered them to the Wayne Senior Center. Those meals were then distributed to local senior citizens facing food insecurity. The amazing folks at the WSC provide food for these seniors every week - what a blessing! And this week’s pickup incl...uded a Beef Cottage Pie from the generosity of A Taste of Britain’s customers! If you are able to donate, click through our online ordering platform and select any date and time for pickup (it doesn’t matter what day you choose because you won’t be picking anything up!), and you’ll see a donation meal is the first time listed on our menu. Such a fun Zoom-based Virtual Tea Party today with the Newcomers Club of the Upper Main Line!!

We were thrilled to participate in a Virtual Tea Party today hosted by the Newcomers Club of the Upper Main Line. What a fabulous idea! Everyone placed their own orders online (so you can get just what you want!) and popped over for Curbside Pickup. A little later, all the ladies donned their fascinators for a Zoom Tea! Debbie gave a brief talk on tea basics, and then there was lots of chatting, a Royal Family Trivia game, and of course the best fascinator contest!! So much fun!! If you are looking to plan a fun virtual event for your organization, give us a ring to set it up! It was such a lovely way to connect safely over tea and good company!
