Well another summer comes to an end and we at Auggie's want to thank you for your continued support! We sincerely hope you had a lovely summer surrounded by friends and family! This past summer has been especially meaningful for us due to the fact that it is the last summer that we will have the pleasure of serving you. It was a very difficult decision for us, but we have chosen to sell Auggie's Pizzeria. We have been transitioning with the new owner, Alex, since the beginni...ng of August and so thank you for your patience during this time. You will be happy to know that Alex has every intention of maintaining the integrity of our food and service that we have strived to deliver since 2011. You will also be happy to know that you will continue to see a few familiar faces there. We hope this gives you the desire to support Alex in his new venture. This has been a very tough and substantial decision and it boils down to health issues I have been suffering from for the last 5 years. Although I am doing better now, I simply cannot handle the rigorous toll it takes to own two restaurants that bear my name. As some of you may know, I am referring to our sister restaurant, Augusto's, which we will still own. It is important to us to concentrate on Augusto's moving forward and I know it will be just like old times for me. We hope to have the opportunity to continue our relationship and commitment to serving you as guests at Augusto’s in the future.
