Baer Bros. Maple Camp

Very successful maple weekend, thanks for visiting us and sharing the experience. We could not have done it with out all of our family and friends assisting and making maple cookies , thanks all!

It's 3am, no freeze, and the sap is still flowing into the pump out tank!

Cold morning at the sugar camp and our other locations. Looks to be a very warm week hopefully we can keep making syrup through the hotspell this week. Looking forward to Maple weekend and making syrup this week.

Decided to empty all of the tanks tonight in preparation for the warm forecast tomorrow and hopefully lots of sap. George Baer came to inspect!

First boil of 2021 almost 1 month later than last year.
