If you’re looking for a way to warm up today, we’ve got you covered! These sweet new fire pits from Welding Unlimited will be blazing on the deck, and the taproom is nice and cozy. The tap list has expanded this week, so come on in for a beer and enjoy the newest additions to the Gunzey’s Hot Sausage at Bald Birds Brewing Co menu. We’ll be here from 12-9!

Wednesday’s the day! We’re so excited to welcome you back into the taproom as we resume indoor service. We’ll be following all the same guidelines that were in place before the recent closure and taking extra care to ensure that we’re able to serve you safely going forward. For the foreseeable future, our taproom hours will look like this: Wed-Thurs: 4-9 Fri: 3-10... Sat: 12-9 Sun: 12-7 If you’re not ready to join us in person yet, curbside pickup is always available as well. However we have the pleasure of handing you a beer, we’re just happy to be back!

Everybody can use a friend right about now. That’s why we teamed up with our besties Valerio Coffee Roasters for another release of Kenya Dig It? This refreshing 5.0% Cream Ale is the perfect launchpad for their light-roast Kenya AA coffee. Expect the familiar crushable Cream Ale crispness, with a mellow aroma and extra kick from the coffee. This new batch is available in cans AND on tap when we reopen for indoor service starting Wednesday, 1/6. Can’t wait to see you all!!

We can’t serve you indoors quite yet, but we’re building a fire today outside for our last day of shutdown. Dress warm and come celebrate with Kate and Allison until 5pm today!

2020 was unexpected in so many ways. No one expected to be home for 9 months. We didn’t expect to be handing beer off at the door rather than welcoming you into the taproom. And we surely didn’t expect to be so overwhelmed by the support and encouragement of the many customers, friends, and partners who showed up for us time and again throughout the year. Without this support and the endless hard work of our incredible team, things would have looked a lot different. We’ve all learned a lot about patience, grace, and resilience this year. Let’s take these lessons into 2021 and create new space for our community to flourish. We’re looking forward to brewing and serving a lot of beer this year, so get ready! Thank you so much for being on this adventure with us - happy new year!!
