In honor of Medical Assistants Recognition Week, we just wanted to say thank you to our wonderful team for all that you do. You keep the practice running smoothly and ensure patients have the best possible experience. We appreciate you.
National Boss’s Day was Saturday, but we’re officially celebrating today! Happy Boss’s Day to the one and only Dr. Rhome! Thank you for everything you do.
Did you know that Dr. Rhome is a native New Yorker? He grew up in the Bronx and attended the Bronx High School of Science. He then moved to Philadelphia in 1973 to attend Penn Dental School and has been here ever since!
Today is apparently World Egg Day. (Seriously, who comes up with these days?) Eggs are a great source of protein, which helps support strong teeth. They're also a great soft food to eat after a root canal (just be sure they're not too hot).
It's National Coffee Day, but I'm afraid we can't fully support this one! Not only does coffee stain your teeth, but it can also wear away at your enamel over time due to high acidity. We love coffee as much as the next person, but try to limit your consumption as much as possible to keep your teeth strong and healthy!
Happy National Sons Day! Dr. Rhome is incredibly proud of his two sons, Jon and Jeremy. Such a lucky dad!
"Prior to learning about Dr. Rhome, I had seen another endodontist. She had recommended that I have my tooth removed. Needless to say, I was very upset about that prognosis. The following day, I discussed this with a friend who recommended that I see Dr. Rhome for a second opinion. I telephoned Dr. Rhome that morning, and his office staff scheduled an appointment for that same day. The doctor was able to successfully complete the needed root canal and save my tooth. Dr. Rhome...'s "bedside manner" is excellent! He explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand. He also telephones you the next day as a follow-up to check on your condition. That's a nice touch. His nurse assistant and his office staff are extremely efficient, caring, understanding and empathetic. I love dealing with competent people. I highly recommend Dr. Rhome!" -James C. Patient appreciation is a gift we will never take for granted. It was our pleasure working with you, and thank you for your very kind words. If you or someone you know would like to leave us a Google review, please do so here: http://bit.ly/BarryRhomeDMDPC Thank you!
