Featuring arcade machines from the 80’s/90’s and a menu designed by famed NYC restaurant consultants Donkey Proof International (same people who brought you Beatstro - South Bronx’s hottest restaurant), Bartari offers an unmatched dining experience never before seen in downtown Scranton.
