WE ARE RE-OPENING FRIDAY MAY 15! First of all, thank you to all those that donated to allow this to happen. I could not be more grateful for your generosity! Second, starting May 15th, we are opening back up for personal training, one-on-one lessons, and our normal fitness/nutrition coaching. MMA Classes will remain closed for the time being as I look to start those up again soon.... Third, I’m working on some digital content to allow those that aren’t comfortable leaving home to make progress. I’ll publish more updates as that comes to fruition. Thanks again! It’s good to be back!

GREAT NEWS! Thanks to the generosity of so many people over the last two days, we will not be shutting down! Dawn and I are eternally grateful to everyone who shared our story and donated to help us out. The GoFundMe Rich set up raised over $6000!!! I could not be more grateful for you guys! Please bear with me as I work out the details to reopen. More information will come as I set everything up to open again.

Nutrition is the number one limiting factor for most people trying to reach their fitness goals. Most of the time, we’re willing to put the hours in at the gym needed to make progress, but it’s the other 22-23 hours in the day that shoot us in the foot. You have got to fuel your body properly and get enough rest to recover. First thing I have my clients do is simply eat cleaner. Get rid of anything fake, man-made, and sugary. Drink water. Eat real protein sources li...ke chicken, fish, eggs, and lean red meat. Eat good complex carbs like oats, rice, and potatoes. Get good fat from nuts and (natural) oils. And of course, get plenty of fruits and vegetables. Most are surprised at how much they actually get to eat when keeping it clean! So if you’re looking to tighten up before summer comes around, take the first step of eating higher quality foods. I guarantee your body will thank you. #food #eatclean #nutrition #fitness #fitlife #nutritionist #personaltrainer #trainer #coach #notbroscience #nosugar #realfood #realwork #realresults #battlegroundfitness #butlerpa See more
