The Beach Lake Wellness Center’s Covid19 Procedures Update First of all, we would like to say that we miss you all dearly. The three of us just met around a campfire to discuss how we will be operating the office once we are able to reopen. We are considering limiting the amount of clients we book per day so that we can take more time in between for proper sanitizing of the office. This is for your protection and ours. It may effect those of you who are used to having mor...e than one appointment a month. We would appreciate it if all of our regular clients would let your practitioner know if you would like a longer session to make up for less frequent visits. This will be helpful as we will be working together to create a limited schedule. We are very much looking forward to seeing you all again and your individual practitioner will be sure to let you know as soon as we are able to get back to business. Please stay well and Jackie says be sure to stretch and hydrate. See you soon, Jackie, Caroline and Katy

We at The Beach Lake Wellness Center would like to formally address the coronavirus and our business practices. If you are experiencing any symptoms related to any contagious illness you shouldn't be coming to get massage therapy anyway. Massage is a contraindication to such illness. We handle several people with compromised immune systems and would like to keep our facility a safe environment for them to keep up their treatments regardless of the current circumstance. If you would like to cancel any of your up coming appointments we completely understand. Please contact the therapist of whom you made the appointment. For any questions feel free to message us. Please take care, community.
A new client comes in with a bad case of frozen shoulder. Which muscle do you address first? A) Subscapularis B) Pec minor C) Supraspinatus... D) Infraspinatus Answer: NONE of the above! See I’ve discovered a new way to address frozen shoulder, quickly and effectively. It’s called pain hacking. And the best part is It doesn’t *just* work on a frozen shoulder. Pain hacking can be used to restore pain-free movement in ANY area of the body. If you’d like to see how it works Then join me on my next webinar. I’ll also show you: The #1 muscle influencing shoulder function (and how to unlock it in a matter of minutes) What NEVER to do when treating trigger points (this is a mistake I see all the time) The surprising reason why most therapists can’t get lasting relief for their clients How my students are using pain hacking to explode their practice (without selling themselves) And more Plus, if you stick around... I’ll reveal how you can get the new pain hacking tool I created To get relief for my clients even faster AND save my hands Absolutely free. (It used to retail for $450.) Sign up for the webinar now before it fills up: http://track.thaibodywork.com/registration-ss I’ll see you there. - Chuck
