At out field trip to the pizza shop today the boys saw a gigantic fridge and freezer, an enormous dough mixer, a demo of how to toss and stretch the dough ( each child got a sample of dough to experiment with), a brick oven ( and how to slide the pizza inside) and a zillion pizza boxes ( they got to fold the sides and put one together). Best of all we got to see a pizza get made and then got to eat it, compliments of Bella Roma Pizza Kitchen in Springfield! Thank you Ray and the team!!! We had fun
