To our dear Bella clients... first we want to thank all of you for your continued support and love during the last year It’s been an adjustment for everyone with different changes etc. We wanted to address a few things so we are all on the same page.... First, there has been some confusion with the recent mask mandate being lifted for those who have been vaccinated. For now, our state board of cosmetology is continuing to mandate masks being worn in the salon weather you ...have been vaccinated or not. Although we can’t wait to see all of your smiles again, we will continue to follow our state board regulations. Which means, vaccinated or not, masks must be worn while in the salon. We will inform everyone when that regulation has been changed. Secondly, we feel the decision to get vaccinated, like any medical decision, is a private one. Therefore, vaccination status should not be discussed in the salon. We appreciate everyones patience while trying to schedule their appointments. We understand it can be frustrating when trying to schedule or change your appointment and we don’t have an opening as soon as you would like. Which is why it is so important that if you can not make your appointment, please cancel within 48 hours so we can fill your spot with someone on our wait list. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a cancelation fee. If anyone has any questions regarding these policies, please feel free to reach out. Again, we love and appreciate all of you! IT’S OPENING DAY here at Bella!!! We can’t wait to see everyone and continue to make everyone look and feel beautiful! Thank you to all of our clients for your love and support!!!

there will be no guests allowed to accompany you to your appointment at this time. This is to keep the amount of people in the salon at a minimum. If your child has a scheduled appointment, one parent may be present at time of appointment. we will be carrying out strict disinfection and sanitation measures throughout the day and in between each client. mandatory hand washing or hand sanitizing upon arrival no outside food or beverages (unless beverage is in closed cont...ainer) we will only be providing bottled water at this time. No coffee or tea. please bring only essentials (keys, phone, mask, form of payment) masks are required by everyone upon entry (employees included) and must secure with loops behind your ear. If you are receiving a color service, consider wearing a mask you don’t mind being stained with color. If unable to provide one, disposable masks will be available for purchase. although we are so excited to catch up with everyone, masks are hot and can be exhausting to wear all day long. Keep this in mind as we keep conversations to a minimum. no walk-in appointments available. Our doors will be closed and locked during appointments. If you need products or to book an appointment, please call and leave a message. waiting room is closed we will not be offering blow dry services at this time. This is to keep time in the salon at a minimum please understand there will be no squeezing you in for an appointment or a quick trim. We are unable to double book appointments at this time as well as additional time is needed for sanitation. if you have recently traveled, are feeling or displaying signs of illness, or have been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule. Arriving to your appointment while exhibiting symptoms and ignoring these guidelines will lead to refusal of service and will require partial payment of anticipated service. please understand that it is very important to be on time for your appointment as we have many other clients to accommodate. due to the extensive measures we are taking, please understand that we may be overwhelmed with rebooking canceled appointments and accommodating new ones, in a more limited schedule.
