Ben Blackman Decks

Mark and Colleen turned out to be super nice and great to work with. Here is their trex deck with roof we finished today. I am blessed to work with great guys that are really good at their jobs!!!

The guys have been working so hard! There may have be revolt if we didn't take labor day to spend time with our families!! Tough to tell but we have football game set up ! Then hamburgers and hotdogs! Happy Labor Day from all of us at Ben Blackman Decks!!! Praise the Lord today! He is worthy!

Well I'm extremely thankful for all the great homeowners we seem to work with! Chris and his wife were just that!! We tore down and built half their deck then moved their hot tub to the new deck, this way we were able to completely build the new deck without the hot tub ever actually leaving the deck. Here is trex havana gold decking/stair treads with spiced rum boarder/facia deck we built them! I added picture at end to show deck we tore down.

So now we are finishing our 7th one in this cluster!! We have had great homeowners to work with !!!

Gilbertsville townhouse development, 1 deck built by us, second one being installed!

Here is Island Mist deck with double spiced rum boarder. We wanted to remove some of the extra roof supports and the existing deck, so we had to temporarily support roof structure. Although we have done it many times, it's always scary!!! Praise the Lord it didnt fall! (This homeowner would have been all over me!) We added new beams, larger post, and a better built deck to support existing roof. Pictures at the end are of original deck.

So I had the best, prettiest and nicest help today! What a beautiful day to build a deck! And I got to build it with the sweetest person in the whole world!

Tiki torch redeck. Trex is always an upgrade. Thankful the homeowners were super nice and the job was only 2 minutes from my house!

We had our trailer lettered and tshirts made at State of Mind Custom Screen Printing! We could not be happier! They are highly recommended! Kevin even managed to fix my website address blunder !

Praise the Lord! With our lack of ability we still managed to finish another project!... and the homeowner was happy! Trex deck with trex signature rails and a A frame roof! We also added a barn door to access under deck area... Clearly I'm not a good cameraman!

We dont do many decks with p.t rails, however here is a pool deck we resurfaced this week. Upgrading to Trex makes a huge difference!!!

Lately we have done some great projects that we just haven't had time to post pictures of. Praise the Lord ! He has allowed us to be so busy, work with a good group of guys, and we always seam to have really great customers!

Is it bad if our work looks best in the dark!?!?

Here is job we just finished! On to the next one. God has blessed our little business more then even expected!

Pictures of front porch roof we built. We also built roof over existing patio on the back of the house. Waiting for fan and lights to be installed on that before I post pictures.

Our first job after COVID 19 vacation. We fixed up existing frame, then we resurfaced with trex decking and rails. I added a couple before pictures at the end. Praise the Lord for keeping us safe and the beautiful weather!
