To All our past, present and prospective clients who may be affected by the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we are sending our love, support and prayers to you, your friends and family during these unprecedented and difficult times. For all those who have questions as to whether we will remain open, be conducting in office consultations and/or whether your scheduled Court cases are still on, we will address each separately: 1) Our office will remain open with the same business hours;... 2)If you wish to have an in-person consultation we will accommodate your requests and everyone’s concerns and the need for social distancing by conducting those consultations at the Boutique One Properties office next to our Suite (106). Other than that our office will be closed to Visitors and open to staff and Attorneys only. Also, we will conduct telephone consultations upon request or by the request of the Attorney handling your case; and 3) Lastly, the Court’s have basically postponed a majority of matters until April 14th or later. Custody conferences and Domestic Relation conferences are being conducted as scheduled but via telephone. We have been instructed to arrange for our clients to either be at our office for the conference or to arrange for us to be able to have our clients on the phone during the conference. Attached please find the most recent Emergency Order from Northampton County which addresses new dates for a wide variety of cases which we urge you to read. Of course, if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us. Similar Orders from Lehigh County and Monroe County have been released as well. Stay safe, everyone be careful and follow and respect your local health care professionals recommendations.
