October 15 is Global Handwashing Day, an advocacy day dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding about the importance of handwashing. Of course, it’s a proper form of hygiene that should happen at all times and not just during a pandemic. Therefore, to ensure better health outcomes in the future, handwashing with soap must be a priority. Clean hands can dramatically halt the spread of many illnesses. Take an active part in stopping the spread of viruses and illnesses just by simply washing your hands. That’s why we’re asking everyone to participate in Global Handwashing Day!

Today is Global Mental Healthy Day. Its purpose is to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma so many experience. When it comes to relieving some symptoms of poor mental health, walking has so many benefits. These can include building energy, helping better your mood, reducing stress, boosting your creativity, and more!
