I was told the problem ,not seeing the web site ,was a file error and the security certificate had expired (who knew ). I corrected both and hope your access to BAB is complete...Say a prayer....Carl

I have not received an order in 3 days, which is a first. I wanted to see if my web site is up and I couldn't access it . I was forbidden 403. Maybe you are experiencing the same. Hi friends. I started my last rant with USPS rates going up. They started again, anticipating the holiday rush. I am going to shut down in a few weeks and resume after the new year.. Because the bialys freshness window is short, I cannot afford extended shipment time. .We've danced to this music before.. I'm guessing shutting down at the end of the month.. Sorry and thanks for your patronage. I ship to cities I have never heard of. I've been blessed. God bless you all....Carl

Here we go again. USPS is raising rates again . That's 2 agains. I am not raising rates as I know the price is high enough and you have supported BAB through alot. I hope all my friend are well and safe. God bless all of us going forward. As we say in Brooklyn, manga

Here's the latest update as to when I will return. I was thinking next week but USPS is still suffering and Mon, Feb 18 being MLK Day I am planning on reopening Feb 10. The only thing that's constant is change. Let's get back to normal..Be safe my friends. A kid from Brooklyn...

Check this out. Because USPS Priority has taken massive amounts of time to deliver your bialys, I have received numerous complaints, forcing me to refund payments and ,electively, put the business in vacation mode BUT Amazon's algorithms saw these complaints and have closed me down. I am getting so tired of Amazon. I am going to look for another provider and I will keep you up. Welcome to 2021

My friends it is near 2021. Please do not return bialys. If ,because, USPS Priority shipment delays has caused the bialys to mold, throw them away and notify me.. Finding the right time to open the business is a real guessing game. I don't want to shoot myself in the foot. I pray you all have a safe & blessed New Year..GO USA..

I want to thank all my loyal customers ( really, my friends ) who have kept Big Apple Bialy alive for 6 years. USPS Priority has raised shipping costs 4 times since we last raised prices. In order to stay alive I am ,reluctantly,being forced to raise prices on 1 DOZEN ONLY to $ 23.95. The cost on 2 dozen and up will remain @ $ 21.95 per dozen. I'm really sorry ,in these times, to do this but it is necessary. Love you guys & God speed.....Carl

Finally, I pray, if you,my friends, go to Amazon ,category ( Grocery & Gourmet Food ) and put bialy in the box you will see us. I hope this is the end. Something is wrong with finding me.This is driving me crazy

Just received a coat from you. It smelled a bit perfumy, so I washed it. Two coins fell out of a pocket. This is not a new coat. Request refund, will contact Amazon if I don't hear from you.

Wow it's been 5 years and you have kept BAB alive & well. Thank you. We needed a new printer and to keep the bialy purchase price where it have been for a couple of years, we are discontinuing sending the order form & minimizing the intro form in order to save on ink, which is costly..Remember to freeze on arrival as bialys microwave and toast fantastic.. Guys I just received our first order after this Amazon fiasco.If you follow the directions I gave to Marie, our second cusomer ,you will be able to order. The initial catagory makes no sense but that's what I had to do. Sellers on Amazon CANNOT speak to a human being after Nov. 2018 Marie you wouldn't believe the trouble Amazon has caused. On the Amazon site, under All ,scroll to Health, household,& Baby Care( click ) & .In the next box put bialy and enter. Believe it or not we are on the 4th line. If I told you the journey you wouldn't believe it .Hope you are well...Carl
