A kind Review from a new customer. Hi Randy, I just bought an Element e18 from your dealership on Friday. I have bought dozens of new cars over the years but this is my first boat. I’ve never written to a dealer before but feel that I have to tell you about my experience. As you know boats are hard to find these days so I was searching the internet and found your website that had a boat on order that I was interested in. I called and had the good fortune of speaking to Perry.... He was very informative and helpful during the entire process. When the boat arrived I was scheduled to come and get it at 9am. I arrived at around 8:30 and Perry was there already which was great. He introduced me to Bill who was going to go over the boat with me. Being a new owner I had lots of questions. Bill was so thorough that by the time he was finished I had no questions to ask. He had gone over everything. I was then brought to Linda and Sam for the paperwork. Unfortunately the paperwork showed a loan with longer terms than I had agreed upon. No problem said Sam. He just needed to call the bank and get it changed. I thought I would be there forever but withIn 45 minutes he had the new papers and we finished the deal. You should be proud of your staff as they are truly customer oriented.
