Allentown we miss you like crazy. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are temporary closed, we hope to see you soon! Stay healthy

To all the beautiful, graceful, loving, hardworking and courageous women we have the honor and privilege of calling MOM...Happy Mother's Day!! We celebrate you today and everyday!

First, let us say THANK YOU THANK YOU to the nurses, doctors, health care providers and hospitals that are tirelessly fighting the spread of COVID-19 and are pu...tting their health at risk to protect ours. THANK YOU to the truckers, stockers, clerk, checkers and baggers that are stocking the shelves, hauling the loads, ringing the registers and bagging the purchases at our supermarkets, gas stations and pharmacies. THANK YOU to the women and men in uniform working to protect us and our communities. THANK YOU to all "essential" personnel in numerous fields that we may not even realize that are trying to keep us functioning as well as could be expected. THANK YOU to the sanitation facilities and janitorial teams that are picking up our garbage, cleaning and disinfecting everywhere we touch and sit at in order to keep this virus at bay. and THANK YOU to our amazingly talented Billy's team that we have the privilege of working with every day and value whole hardedly, that are ready to serve you with a warm smile. There is nothing more important to us than our family, friends, community and our collective health. Out of love and respect for all, Yanna and I made the decision with our team to close all Billy’s locations on Tuesday, March 16. We started our day at our original location in Bethlehem and we prayed as a family for all. We are at peace with our decision as it is the right thing to do. Health is paramount and in these inexplicable situations sometimes we have to look for the positive...and a few weeks of rest and family time might be for the best. Of course, we just can’t sit around because as you probably know that is not what we do! I am pleased to say that during this time our Billy’s family have decided to start remodeling our Billy’s Bethlehem location in preparation for our 20 (!) year anniversary. Our culinary team is working on creating yet again, new menus and specials that will expand our already present plant based and Gluten Free options. We are also developing an online ordering platform. That being said when we are given the green light, we will w reopen our doors and see each other again with a great cup of coffee or maybe even our peepsuccino! WE LOVE YOU ALL, BE SAFE, STAY HEALTHY, AND ENJOY TIME WITH OUR LOVED ONES. Love you all forever Xo Billy and Yanna

Hello everyone, I have received a ton of emails regarding COVID-19 and how is it impacting my restaurants. Many are asking what precautions we are taking and if we have food. I know that school closures have also impacted most of you now that your kids have more free time. My kids don’t want to stay inside all day either. I wish I was their age That being said, all my Billy’s locations are open, and we are using our every day menu. In regards to what we are doing -rest ass...ured we are taking this seriously and exercising every precaution. 1. No employee is permitted to come to work if they are sick and the only way they can come back is with a signed paper from their Doctor. 2. All of our employees, including servers, are to wear non latex gloves. 3. We are consistently cleaning and sanitizing door handles, tables, etc. 4. Silverware is wrapped. 5. If you prefer to use wrapped plastic utensils (while supplies last) please feel free to ask for them (there will be no additional charge) We will continue to do our best to the safety of our guests, crew and community. My only piece of advice is to live well and not in fear. Much Peace and Love, Billy

In our almost 20 years (gasp!) we have created some pretty unique items and this has become staple!
