Everything went super smoothly from the receipt of the bins to the delivery. The people at binIt are very quick on the response and very professional. We needed to change our pick up time and they were very happy to oblige easily and promptly. Definitely worth it!

Fast, affordable and efficient! Will use them for any and all future moves. The bins are so much more protective than regular boxes and better for the environ...ment. I worked with Thomas and he got everything squared away so quickly. My only recommendation is that they give you a few extra zip ties (they give you exactly two per bin) so if you need to reopen a bin, you're covered. I was in a one-bedroom (approx. 700 sq. ft) and ordered 40 bins - used every single one. See more

Excellent way to move your stuff! I highly recommend renting boxes for your move - it simplifies so much and makes it easier for your movers since the boxes sta...ck. My initial order was missing 2 items: packing paper and an extra TV box, but their customer service is awesome, and when I called they refunded me for the missing items immediately. My initial order was a few minutes outside of the window, but they called to let me know. You can tell that they care about their customers and making things right. See more

Bin-It Rocks! The bins arrived early which was great because it freed up the rest of our day. The team was super efficient unloading the bins and getting them t...o our apartment. We love the fact that they reduce waste and are super durable. They're simple to maneuver stacked 5 high. The dolleys are a perfect fit and the castors are in top condition. Amazing service. It checks all the boxes when it comes to moving with ease - no waste in using cardboard boxes I plan to toss out, the bins are stackable and doesn't take up too much space, and it was easier to transport. I will definitely use Bin It again.

After dreading having to move for months, everything with Bin-It went as seamlessly as one could imagine. We used Bin-It for both bin rentals and for moving. ...Drop off and pickup were quick, and moving was done quickly with no issues whatsoever.
