Still deciding on an appointment? We are completely booked for the month of February; however, we still have some openings throughout March and the beginning of April. If you are looking to schedule for March or April, feel free to give us a call! Remember, we are only booking appointments on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays; but you can use our drop off service Monday through Saturday at your convenience, no appointment necessary! Today we begin tax services by appointment! If you are coming in to see us, please remember your mask and don't worry, we have plenty of hand sanitizer! Please make sure to call for your appointment when you are in the parking lot as opposed to coming right in. We will let you know if you are able to come in at that moment or if we will need you to wait, in that case we will give you a call when we are ready for you. Another reminder that we only accept checks and cash as for...ms of payment for our services so please come prepared! We also can mail your return to you upon completion so you do not have to stop back in if that is more convenient; just mention it to Bill or Kim and we will do so for a mailing fee of $5. Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 3rd, begins our tax services by appointment! Remember we are limiting appointments to three days a week, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays with less time slots for both Bill and Kim on each day. However, we will gladly accept tax information by drop off at your convenience Mondays through Saturdays, no appointment necessary! If you have an appointment scheduled, we will give you a call a day in advance to confirm, to ask some COVID screening ...questions, and to remind you of our procedure. Also, please remember to bring your already filled out Taxpayer Worksheet to help the process go smoothly. The day is here! Beginning today, our hours will be changed to Monday - Friday from 9am - 7pm, and Saturday 9am - 3pm for the 2020 Tax Filing Season. Tomorrow, Thursday, January 28, we will begin our tax services by drop off! Due to COVID, the process will look a bit different but will still be simple, efficient, and effective. Preparing for tax season during a global pandemic may not be ideal but we have a wonderful little helper with us this year! With the assistance of little miss Adalynn, we would like to share our new COVID policies, procedures, and limitations. 1. Masks are a requirement to enter the building and throughout the duration of appointments. Our employees and professionals will also be wearing masks and/or face shields as well. 2. We will be cleaning between each and every client,... whether it is an appointment or picking up your return. We will also have hand sanitizer readily available for use; as well as, clean/dirty pen cups so you will always get a new pen! 3. Appointments are limited to 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday) and there will only be one appointment per hour. This way your preparer will have time to fully clean between clients while the other preparer is in their appointment. 4. We will be contacting those with appointments a day in advanced to ask COVID screening questions and to confirm your appointment. We will also ask the screening questions when you call to come to pick up your return because we will be in close quarters. 5. Because we have a smaller capacity limitation, only two people will be allowed in the appointment. We will also be asking that you call before coming in so that we can keep the amount of people in the building low. 6. Also due to our capacity limitations, we are strictly using drop boxes outside for those who wish to use our drop off services. We will post the new instructions for this service so be prepared! 7. You must call before entering the building regardless of what you are coming in for. Unfortunately we cannot have a number of people walking in and out of the building at once. This is something we have to be very cautious about with the restrictions.
