How's this for a little irony on this Molar Monday? You and your kids can turn pop bottles (or liter bottles that hold sparkling water or club soda) into happy little teeth! See the picture attached to this post for guidance. You'll cut the bottle so that it has three "roots" to stand on, like a stool, and then paint the bottle white and add any face you want, to reflect whatever mood your pop-bottle molar might be in!

Happy Friday! Did you know that dentists have their own patron saint? Her name is Saint Apollonia, and she comes to us from 3rd Century Alexandria, Egypt. When she clashed with an angry mob of pagans, they knocked out all of her teeth. When they threatened to throw her into a fire, she jumped in on her own and became a martyr, as well as an unlikely patroness of dentists.

Happy Flossy Friday! Reel off a foot of floss and take a minute to floss your teeth and get all the surfaces that your brush can't reach!
