Day 2 of our reopening is complete! Thank you to all of our guests for your patience, kind hearts, and thoughtful words. It was nice to see everyone and to return to a semi-normal routine after a long 3+ months off. We’re still navigating and tweaking things to make everything flow with more ease, but as a whole, the days went smoothly. If you’re on our waiting list for a salon appointment please continue to have patience, as our new required procedures decreases the amou...nt of clients we can accommodate in a day. We can’t wait to flip the switch and turn the lights back on! Just a few reminders before we open tomorrow! We can’t wait to see you! We have implemented the new CDC guidelines, updated our daily procedures, and purchased the necessary tools for sanitation and disinfection for our safety and yours. We temporarily will not be permitted to allow any of our guests in our waiting area before your appointment nor will we be permitted to provide coffee, snacks or any reading mat...erial. We ask that you only bring items that you ABSOLUTELY need with you. Example: keys, method of payment, phone etc. Please leave any extra bags, jackets, and unnecessary items at home or locked in your vehicle. Please arrive for your appointments alone. We are not permitted to have anyone who isn’t actively receiving a salon service to wait in the salon. When you arrive for your appointment, please notify the front desk by calling. Someone will come outside to greet you and we will then notify you after the previous guest leaves and the salon has been sanitized for your safety. Unfortunately the new guidelines also apply to the barber shop. Pat will have a sign up sheet (he will ask for a phone number for notification purposes) and someone will call you when the previous guest leaves and the barber shop has been sanitized. If you don’t have a phone please let someone at the salon/barber shop know what vehicle you’re in and we will happily come out to get you. We will ask you to wash your hands prior to the start of your appointment and your stylist will do the same. Please forgive us for not giving hugs and handshakes, but know we are excited to see you and we appreciate your continued support. All of our staff will be required to wear a mask at all times so we kindly ask our guests to arrive to their appointment wearing one as well. If you are concerned about hair color or hair clippings getting on your mask, please bring a disposable mask with you and properly dispose it when finished.
