SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARATION FOR SUNDAY 1/31/2021 at 5:00 pm through Tuesday 2/2/2021 at 11:00 am. With this potentially large and lengthy winter storm beginning today, please remove all vehicles from the Winter Warning and Snow Emergency Routes or they will be ticketed and may be towed at the owners expense. Additionally please remember that it is the property owners responsibility to remove all snow and ice from the sidewalks.... Con esta tormenta de invierno potencialmente grande y prolongada que comienza hoy, retire todos los vehículos de las rutas de advertencia de invierno y emergencia por nieve o se les cobrará una multa y los propietarios correrán a cargo de la grúa. Road Closure: East South Street between Park Avenue and Church Alley is currently closed due to a water leak.

Do you Need Help with Paying Your Rent due to COVID-19? Reach out for help. Chester County approved an additional $1.8 million in additional CARES funding to help cover rental payments for those with job and income losses. The previous $750 per month rent limit does not apply to this new money. Qualified applicants can receive assistance that may cover up to a six-month period. Eligibility is very similar to the Cares Rent Relief Program concerning a 30% loss of income during COVID, leading to trouble paying rent.
