Friday Night and Saturday at Marriott Prepping for Jury Focus Group I was at the Luzerne County Courthouse on a case this week. I saw a TV lawyer who.... no kidding.... asked me Brian, Where’s the men’s room in this place?. I told him by the elevator to the left. That’s a true story...no kidding! This TV lawyer advertises his trial courtroom skills and doesn’t know where the bathroom is to be found. He does know how to play a mean game of golf because that’s what he does....... not trying cases but settling them as quick as possible for whatever he can get....all at the expense of the client. Today I am at the Marriott Courtyard running two focus groups on two separate cases. A focus group is a test jury who listens to your case and tells you what’s good and what’s bad. It gives you a chance to test drive your case before trial. It helps me to think like a real person instead of a lawyer. Makes sense because real people decide your case. I suspect the TV lawyer is on the golf course.... I’d rather be with my focus group. I have real clients to help. More about focus groups next time.

Donating Blood at Brian Musto blood drive.... good cause.

Bumped into this well behaved police officer in court this morning from Ashley Police . Very nice animal if you’re not a criminal!

8 am Monday morning donating blood. Took about 1/2 hour. Good cause.
