Jefferson County Senior Centers will reopen for in-person dining on Monday February 1st. Any individual over the age of 60 can attend for a hot lunch. For a sma...ll donation of $2.50, enjoy delicious and nutritious meals every weekday. All centers will have meals available for pick-up as well. Reservations are required for both in-person and pick-up meals. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your meal. We wish to thank Marianne Dougherty and Brookville Flower Shop for donating these beautiful poinsettias to the Heritage House! We will be giving these away to eight people that pick up their lunch this week. Two lucky winners will also receive either a $10 Means Lauf Gift Card or a $10 Open House Shop gift card this week. Thank you to the Brookville community for thinking of older adults this holiday season!

Enrollment is now open for the 2020-2021 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The program assists low-income families and seniors with paying their heating bills with a cash grant. Households in immediate danger of being without heat can also qualify for crisis grants. These grants do not have to be repaid.
