In wake of COVID-19 our research on skin health confirms and suggests the following- : Skin being the largest organ in our body will respond to stress negatively. Please try meditation to calm yourself through these tough times to avoid stress on skin. : Eating healthy foods( fruits,vegetables, colored foods such as oranges, spinach, carrots, etc) and exercising daily will help our skin stay in an excellent state.... :Daily dose of vitamins in a pill form is highly recommended ( Vit D and multivitamin). : We consume enough collagen in our diet everyday ( especially non-vegetarian diet) so we don’t need to pop collagen pills in addition to it. Vegetarian and vegan diet can be supplemented with protein powder. Vit C is known to help in collagen absorption for building blocks in our body. So consuming orange, lemon, lime in addition to collagen is highly recommended. : Application of correct skin care products on your skin is very vital as these products get absorbed into the body through the skin. Wrong products can harm your skin and body over long term usage.
