BPA is getting started on the energy efficiency field quality control for the 49-unit Clairton Inn Apartments project, for our long-time and well-respected client, Mon Valley Initiative. We expect that this well-designed mixed use project will be helpful for the community!

BPA loves working with ACTION-Housing! We are providing ENERGY STAR Homes verification for their new 2-building development in Pittsburgh's Lawrenceville neighborhood.

BPA is wrapping up the envelope testing process on an amazing Sports Complex in Triadelphia, WV, where we are also providing total building commissioning services!

Starting in the early months of the pandemic, BPA has been working on three major certifications for a new 52-unit apartment building in Verona, PA: #EnterpriseGreenCommunities, #ENERGYSTAR Multifamily New Construction, and #PassiveHouse PHIUS+ 2018!

BPA has been working since 2014 to make this project happen. Molly Pitcher Apartments, housing for survivors of domestic violence, finally received PHFA tax credit funding in August 2020, and will be moving forward! BPA is looking forward to providing the #ENERGYSTAR Multifamily New Construction verification for this unique project.

BPA is helping clients obtain federal New Energy Efficient Homes tax credits, in the amount of $2,000 per dwelling unit! We also help to certify homes for the FirstEnergy New Homes program, which provides a rebate of up to $1,875 per dwelling unit!
