Molly Pitcher Apartments, housing for survivors of domestic violence, finally received PHFA tax credit funding in August 2020, and will be moving forward! BPA is helping clients obtain federal New Energy Efficient Homes tax credits, in the amount of $2,000 per dwelling unit! We also help to certify homes for the FirstEnergy New Homes program, which provides a rebate of up to $1,875 per dwelling unit!
