LOVE the Jeep Rubicon !!! 2) Only change recommended would be to permit non-maskers to conduct business inside the building and ask the company to respect that some individuals may have medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask and ask that the other service staff not treat non-maskers like members of a leper colony. (YOU were great, though, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable, THANK YOU !!!) 3) Absolutely 100% would recommend you and BZ to others for vehicle shopping and purchase. Thank you. Working with returning customers is always fun because they would not be returning to you if you didn't take care of them the first time. James and Rhonda (3 previous sales) were looking for a specific Jeep ..... sarge green, two door stick. Prefer a hard top but will 'settle' for soft top. I've never been one to settle and after two weeks was finally able to work a dealer trade with the fine folks in Edinboro,PA. I told Rhonda it might take a few days and I appreciated her ...patience. It's never easy relying on another dealership to get back to you because there's nothing in it for them. Fortunately for me and the Asaro's I was able to procure this Jeep which is one of the coolest and fun vehicles I have sold in a long time. I'm sure the manual transmission would get old in a hurry but that's the way all Jeep Wranglers should be! I appreciate the fact that Rhonda has bought four different vehicles from me and that I was able to help her and James get this rad ride. I realize 58 year old's shouldn't be throwing around the 'rad ride' phrase but when you drive something like this your years just disappear and it's a Jeep thing.

Don prevented me from taking last Saturday off!! Don had come into BZ Motors the previous Saturday and wanted to buy a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk we had for sale. He was missing some documents needed to complete the sale and said he would take care of things during the week and be back next Saturday. This is the perfect example of someone my age to write things down. Fast forward to last Saturday and the day I wanted to take off.....lounging around with me beautiful wife an...d waiting for the daughters to come downstairs so I could make them breakfast. That's when Don called and said he would be in at BZ in an hour. Quicker than College Game Day from Myrtle Beach could go to a commercial break I was driving into work to deliver a Jeep. Don't feel sorry for me as I already knew Makenzie was coming in at 1:00 to buy her new Jeep Wrangler as shown previously. I will take two deliveries on the same day no matter what my plans are so Thanks go out to Mr. Lehman and Ms Shemory. I was able to make breakfast for Em and Denise the next morning so all is well.

Makenzie was looking to up her 'cool quotient' when she stopped in last Friday with her Mazda3 sedan she only had for three weeks! She knew she wanted a Jeep Wrangler and drove one new and a gently used 2018. She came in Saturday morning and bought a different new one she didn't even drive!! I always like customers that know what they want and seize the moment.... Thank you for your business Makenzie and you were already cool before buying the Jeep Wrangler.
