Today, Our members were part of a group to escort Police Chief Tim Sheehan back to California Borough. Our thoughts and prayers are with Tim’s Family, the California Police Department, and the many other organizations that Tim was affiliated.

Update : Another successful event, 25 boxes of drugs collected totaling nearly 500 lbs. The Carroll Township Police Department along with Monongahela Valley Hospital will hold a DEA Drug Take-Back event this Saturday, 10-24-20 between 10 am and 2 pm @ the MVH campus.

UPDATE: The lost dog has been returned to her owners. Thanks everyone for the help ! We are attempting to locate the owner of this female shepard mix that was found on SR 837 near The Residence at Hilltop today, Friday August 21st around 2 p.m. anyone with information can call the Washington County 911 Center or Station number 724-483-5556

" LOCK YOUR CARS " Be aware that we have taken recent reports of thefts from unlocked vehicles. The thefts have occurred late evening, into the early morning hours in the Craven Plan, and some adjoining streets. Mostly loose change has been discovered missing.

Trick or Treat will be held on Saturday October 31st between the hours of 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. If you plan on participating please put a porch light on. Like always the Carroll Police Dept. will be making extra patrols throughout the township along with both the Carroll Township and Valley Inn Fire Depts.

" Whats wrong with kids today ? ".... these are words I hear all too often. Well, I wanted to praise Mia and Gianna for their kindness, and generosity for having a lemonade stand with the goal of raising money to support their local police officers. We came out to show them our support and enjoyed a lemonade, but more importantly we enjoyed spending time with them. We could not take their hard earned money, but we agreed on a future lunch and get together with these young ladies.
