Jennifer Wilcox Joins the Biden Administration Congratulations to Jennifer Wilcox, the Presidential Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering and Energy Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, will serve as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Fossil Energy at the Department of Energy. Wilcox’s role will involve improving the nation’s carbon management as it transitions to a clean-energy economy. Before this appointment, Wilcox was the first fac...ulty research appointment of the Kleinman Center based at Penn’s Stuart Weitzman School of Design.
