What a year this has been. As many folks are heading towards the Holidays anticipating feelings of connectedness, many are feeling the pangs related to loved ones missed, traditions changed this year due to COVID, and/or other losses related to this time of year. I am reminded how hard this time of year is for me as my mother always made the Holidays extra special. While she is missed everyday, it is this time of year that my heart is a bit heavier. This year, we are offeri...ng a Grief and Loss Group to allow for connectedness and healing. This group is available in person and via zoom. This group will be facilitated by Rebecca Singer, LPC, CCTP, CGCS Mondays from 6-7:30 at the Center beginning November 30th-January 4, 2021.
