The winter months can be tough on our eyes! Here are some tips to avoid dry eyes: Keeping your body hydrated can help maintain moisture in your eyes. This will help minimize many dry eye symptoms. A humidifier can help restore humidity and moisture in your eyes. This is beneficial if you spend time in heated areas.... We recommend sunglasses, ski goggles or other safety eyewear while working outside or playing in the snow!
